Are you licensed?
All of our property managers are licensed through the South Carolina LLR - Real Estate Commission. -
Can I reach you after hours?
We are on call for emergencies 24 hours a day everyday. We have a network of maintenance contractors to handle any emergency on your property. -
Do you sell real estate too?
We specialize in property management. Should you need a real estate agent, we will be happy to refer you to several. -
How and when do I get my checks or direct deposit?
Disbursements of net rental proceeds are made by ACH Direct Deposit into the owners’ accounts on the 10th of each month. Statements are published to the Owner Portal the same day. -
How is rent collection handled?
Rent is due on the first of each month with a 5 day grace period. Late fees are charged on the 6th day. Late notices are sent out via email beginning on the 6th until rents are paid. Also, phone calls and other collection attempts are made to the tenants. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
In most cases, we require an amount equal to one month’s rent to be held as security deposit until the tenant vacates the property. The security deposit is held in a resident trust account as required by South Carolina real estate regulations. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single family, duplex, quadplex, multi-family, commercial, and vacation rental properties. -

The security and any pet deposits are held in a resident trust account as required by South Carolina real estate regulations.
